Refund policy

If you purchase from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the final item in your order.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation: Please log in to your account at https://account.matteohome.net and submit a return or cancellation request from your order page.

Refunds: We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned item. The refund will include the original standard shipping fee you paid.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or defective.

Exceptions: The right of cancellation does not apply to certain items, including custom-made products and opened sealed hygiene goods.
